What we collect

Only what you type into a form on this site: your name, company, phone number, email address, project address, the service you are asking about, your notes, and any files you attach. We also record which page the form was submitted from and any campaign parameters in the link you arrived on, so we know which of our own marketing is working.

The site uses analytics to count page views, phone taps and form submissions. That data is aggregate and is not used to build a profile of you.

What we do with it

We use it to price and schedule your work, and to reply to you. That is the whole purpose.

We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to lead brokers or third-party contractor networks. We share it only where a job requires it — for example with a supplier quoting material for your project, or where the law requires disclosure.

How long we keep it

Inquiries that do not become jobs are kept while they are still useful to follow up. Records for work we performed are kept as long as California licensing, tax and warranty obligations require.

Your choices

Ask us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it — except where we are required to keep a construction record. Ask us to stop contacting you and we will stop.
