Scope
Full structural rebuild after fire damage

A single-family house lost its roof structure and a section of exterior wall to fire. BEK mobilized after mitigation and carried the rebuild through to finish.

The sequence ran demolition, reframing and new roof framing, exterior stucco repair, rough-in coordination, insulation, drywall and texture, paint, plank flooring, then cabinets and finish carpentry.

The challenge

Fire had taken the roof framing and burned through exterior wall assemblies, leaving charred structure that had to come out before anything could be rebuilt.

What BEK did

BEK demolished back to sound structure, reframed the walls and roof, repaired the stucco envelope, then self-performed the interior trades through to finish carpentry on a single schedule.

Result

The house was returned to a finished, habitable condition — new kitchen, new flooring, repaired and repainted exterior.
