Flooring for commercial buildings, rebuilds and remodels.
Flooring is a business line of its own at BEK, not an afterthought at the end of a rebuild. We take out the old floor, prepare the subfloor, install, and put the baseboard back.
That matters most on large replacements: a school wing, a commercial suite, a whole house after a loss.

05Questions
- What is the smallest flooring project BEK takes?
- We are built for project-scale work rather than single rooms. Call and describe the square footage and we will tell you plainly whether we are the right contractor.
- Does BEK handle subfloor problems?
- Yes. Subfloor preparation and leveling are part of the scope, and we identify subfloor damage before installation rather than after.
- Can BEK work around an occupied building?
- Yes. Commercial flooring is often phased by area or worked outside operating hours.

A couple of photographs and an address is usually enough for us to tell you whether we are the right contractor for it.
