Reconstruction after fire, water, storm and impact damage.
BEK works the construction side of a loss. Once mitigation is complete, we mobilize, scope the rebuild and carry it through with our own crews across every trade the structure needs.
One contractor holds the schedule, the subs and the punch list. That is the difference between a rebuild that closes and one that stalls at 90 percent.

05Questions
- Does BEK perform mitigation?
- No. BEK is a general contractor and works the construction side. We mobilize after mitigation is complete.
- Can BEK work from an Xactimate estimate?
- Yes. We are familiar with Xactimate scopes and can work from an estimate a restoration company or carrier has already written.
- Can BEK rebuild an occupied building?
- Yes. We phase and contain occupied-site work so a building stays in use where the scope allows it.
